Return and Refund Policy

Libros Evangélicos, operated by The Gospel Bookstore, accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must:

• Be unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition.
• Include its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Non-returnable items

Unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we do not accept returns of:

• Personalized, engraved, or custom-order products.
• Gift cards.
• Digital or downloadable products.
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise.
• Books, Bibles, or materials that have been written in, marked, used, damaged, or removed from sealed packaging.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of personal preference or an ordering error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If we sent an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, The Gospel Bookstore will cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect products

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved.

Exchanges and cancellations

To exchange an eligible product, return it according to this policy and place a new order.

We may be able to cancel an order before it is prepared or shipped. After an order has been processed or shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
