Order processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, for large orders, or because of circumstances outside our control.

Shipping destinations

We ship to physical addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial street address during checkout.

Contact us before ordering if you require shipping outside these destinations.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier, weather, holiday, and other external delays may affect delivery.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email after shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or missing packages

We are not directly responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Contact us if tracking stops updating or indicates delivery but you have not received the package. We will assist with investigating the shipment.

Damaged packages

Keep the merchandise, packaging, and shipping label. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photographs of the damage.
